Study on Precise Measurement Technology by Dual-telecentric Vision System

摘要 传统人工测量存在主观性强、效率低、易损坏工件表面等缺点。提出了一种利用机器视觉检测的方法,采用双远心测量系统获取待测工件图像,对图像进行了预处理,并且拟合了亚像素边缘,得到了测量结果。实验结果表明,五组孔距中视觉测量的平均误差为0.004 mm,测量精度接近三坐标的测量结果;测量用时为0.78 s,远远快于三坐标测量机。双远心测量系统适用于小型工件的快速精密测量,在未来智能工厂具有广泛的应用价值。 Traditional manual measurement has the disadvantages such as strong subjectivity,low efficiency andeasy to damage the workpiece surface. A method of machine vision detection was proposed. The image of theworkpiece was obtained by using dual telecentric measurement system. After the image preprocessing and sub-pixel edge fitting,the measurement results were obtained. The experimental results show that the average error of visual measurement in the five groups is 0.004mm. The measurement accuracy is close to the measurement result ofthree coordinates machine. The measurement time is0.78s,which is much faster than the three-coordinate machine. It is suitable for the rapid and precise measurement of small workpiece,which has wide application valuein the future.
