摘要
根据某轿车前副车架的结构与特点,从焊接工艺的三个方面来有效地控制焊接变形,达到了焊接控制的质量目标,降低了制造成本,提高了经济效益。
According to the structure and characteristics of the front sub frame of a car,the welding deformation iseffectively controlled from three aspects of the welding process,achieving the quality control goal of welding,reducing the manufacturing cost and improving the economic benefits.
