摘要
发动机排气温度是监控发动机气动热力性能的重要参数,也是衡量发动机工作正常与否的重要参数,如果显示异常,导致机务人员或试飞员的判定失误,将直接影响飞行安全。本文从发动机排气温度显示记录的原理入手,研究了机上热电偶温度补偿方式,以故障树的形式列举了影响排气温度显示记录异常的底事件,并列举了排气温度显示异常情况的处理实例,以此证明此方法的有效性,为今后航空机务人员处理发动机排气温度显示超标、摆动等情况提供了有效的思路。
Engine exhaust temperature is an important parameter to monitor the aerodynamic performance of theengine as well as to measure whether the engine is working properly. If the engine exhaust temperature shows abnormalities,it will lead to the crew or test pilot to make an incorrect determination and have a directly affect onflight safety. This paper starts with the principle of engine exhaust temperature display recording and studies on themethod of the thermocouple temperature compensation. Meanwhile,the paper lists the events that effect the exhaust temperature display recording abnormalities in the form of fault trees and instance that we deal with it toprove the effectiveness of the program. This paper provides an effective way for the aviation crew to deal with thesituation that the exhaust temperature display recording of the engine shows excessive and swinging.
