摘要
本文通过对某直升机燃油箱重力加油口易碎连接件的工作原理进行分析,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对易碎连接件进行弹塑性变形分析,以此验证在重力加油口安装易碎连接件在燃油箱坠毁时可以保护油箱不被拉破,避免产生大量泄露,验证了其设计满足燃油系统适坠性要求。
Through the analysis of distortion manner of frangible ring which locates at the gravity refuel cap for oneaircraft,and the introduction of its protection principle for tanks,elastic and plastic analysis of frangible ring’ sweakness part is proceeded with the finite element analysis software ANSYS. This is a validation for mounting thefrangible ring in the refueling cap to avoid the tank break,and according with fitting requirement of gravity refuelcap and airworthiness requirements for aircrafts.
