摘要
高压隔离开关异常发热是电力系统中长期存在的安全隐患。温升是评估隔离开关运行状态的一个重要指标,接触电阻值是表征导电回路联接是否良好的关键参数。隔离开关设备的温升主要受接触电阻控制,接触电阻值变化时,将引起隔离开关整体温度分布改变。文中针对隔离开关不同缺陷对隔离开关触头接触电阻和触头最大温升的影响进行相关试验,最终得到GW6B-252型隔离开关触头压力应该在400 N以上,且触头污秽对隔离开关温升影响最大的结论。
The problem of overheating fault of highvoltage isolation switch has brought unavoidable safety hazard for powersystem. The temperature rise is an important index to evaluate the operation state of isolation switch. The contact resistancevalue is the key parameter to indicate whether the connection of the conducting circuit is good. The temperature rise of theisolator is mainly controlled by the contact resistance. When the contact resistance changes,the overall temperature distributionof the isolation switch changes. In this paper,the effects of different defects of the contact resistance and the maximumtemperature rise on the contacts of GW6B-252 isolation switch are studied. The conclusion is occurred that the contact pressureof the GW6B-252 should be above 400 N,and the fouling of the contact has the greatest influence on the temperature rise ofthe GW6B-252 isolation switch.
