摘要
利用水热还原法制备了多孔三维石墨烯(3DGR),按不同质量比将其和离子液体(IL)[BMIM]PF_6混合后制备IL-3DGR复合材料,滴涂于玻碳电极(GCE)表面制备出相应的修饰电极(IL-3DGR/GCE).运用循环伏安法、交流阻抗法和恒电流充放电法测试了复合材料的电化学性能,考察其电容性能的优劣.结果表明3DGR与[BMIM]PF_6质量比为1∶125的复合材料的性能最佳.在1.0 mol·L^(-1)KOH溶液中,以0.15 m A·cm^(-2)电流密度进行1000次充放电循环测试,其最终比电容量为2.46m F·cm^(-2),容量保持率达82.02%,表现出较好的电容性能.
The porous three dimensional graphene (3DGR) is prepared by hydrothermal reduction method, which is mixed with ionic liquid (IL) to get a composite (IL-3DGR). The capacitive performance of IL-3DGR is checked on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE) with different methods such as cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and galvanostatic charge discharge. The results show that the mass ratio of 3DGR and IL in composite is optimized as 1∶ 125 and the final specific capacitance of 2.46 mF·cm -2 is obtained by the charge discharge test at the current density of 0.15 mA·cm -2 in the 1.0 mol·L -1 KOH solution, and the capacitances retention rate is 82.02% after 1000 cycles.
