大叶钩藤化学成分的研究

Chemical Constituents of Uncaria macrophylla Wall

大叶钩藤(Uncaria macrophylla Wall)枝干用甲醇提取,利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和反相柱层析进行化学成分分离纯化,从中分离得到8个化合物.根据现代波谱技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定,鉴定结构为:熊果酸(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、羽扇豆烯酮(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、表儿茶素(6)、东莨菪素(7)和3,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯(8).

Eight compounds were obtained by silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and reversed-phase chromatography from the methanol extract of the twigs of Uncaria macrophylla Wall. The chemical structures of these compounds were identified by modern spectroscopic analysis combined with their physico-chemical data. These compounds were identified to be ursolic acid （1）, oleanolic Acid （2）, lupenone （3）, β -sitosterol （4）, daucosterol （5）, epicatechin （6）, scopoletin （7）, and ethyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate （8）.
