摘要
通过多种色谱分离方法对角果木根部真菌Fusarium sp.JG13代谢产物的化学成分进行研究,从其发酵液中分离得到五个化合物.利用波谱分析等手段分别鉴定为胸腺嘧啶(1),L-焦谷氨酸甲酯(2),邻苯三酚(3),5,7-二羟基-6,8-二甲氧基-2-甲基色原酮(4),腺苷(5).所有化合物均为首次从角果木真菌发酵产物中分离得到.
Five compounds were isolated from the endophytic fungus Fusarium sp.JG13 in Ceriops tagal through different separation methods. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral evidences as thymine （1）, L-pyroglutamic acid methyl ester （2）, pyrogallic acid （3）, 5-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-4H-chromen-4-one （4）, and adenosine （5）. All of these compounds were found for the first time from the broth of the endophytic fungus in Ceriops tagal.
