摘要
论文通过介绍SPC在中航富士达产品尺寸管控中的应用,不仅能够提升过程能力、提升员工素质,而且能显著降低成本,提高效益,对其他企业快速有效实施SPC有一定借鉴价值。
This paper introduces the application of SPC in China Aviation Forstar S＆T Co., Ltd product size control. It can not only enhance the quality of the staff, improve process capability, but also significantly reduce costs and improve efficiency. It has some reference value for other enterprises to implement SPC quickly and effectively.
