贵石沟井15~#煤层瓦斯超前钻孔排放半径测定技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 超前排放瓦斯钻孔是突出煤层掘进工作面局部防突的主要技术措施,煤层的透气性、吸附解吸特性及钻孔直径决定了排放半径的影响范围,因此,在考虑上述三种因素的情况下,准确测定煤层瓦斯排放半径的影响范围是合理设计排放钻孔工艺参数的关键。本文采用数值计算、钻屑量与钻屑解析指标相结合的方法对贵石沟井15~#煤层瓦斯排放半径进行研究,得出贵石沟井在采用Φ94 mm的超前钻孔作为防突措施时,其有效排放半径可取1.05 m作为钻孔工艺设计与钻孔布置的理论依据。 Advance Gas Drilling is the Main Technical Measures to Prevent Partial Outburst Prevention in Coal Seam Faces,coal bed permeability,adsorption and desorption characteristics and hole diameter determine the scope of the discharge radius. Therefore,accurately measuring the influence radius of the coal bed discharge radius considering the above three factors is the key to designing the drilling drilling process parameters reasonably. In this paper,the gas emission radius of 15~#coal seam in Guishigou mine is studied by using the combination of numerical calculation,cuttings amount and analytical index of cuttings,it is concluded that the Guishigou well adopts a Ф94 mm advanced drill hole as a preventive measure. The effective discharge radius can be taken as 1. 05 m as the theoretical basis for drilling process design and drilling layout.
