大跨高墩箱型梁体桥梁施工关键技术 被引量:2

摘要 本文结合大白杨沟2号大桥工程实例,介绍先简支后连续梁体转换施工技术和高桥墩塔吊翻转模板施工方案。施工中严格遵循工艺流程,把握关键技术,严把施工质量,取得良好施工效果。实际工程应用表明,该施工技术不仅能保证桥梁的施工质量,节约施工成本,而且可以提高大跨高墩桥梁施工建设效益,缩短工期。 Based on the engineering example of Dabaiyanggou No.2 Bridge, this paper clearly introduces the construction process, firstly using simple supported continuous beam body conversion, and then applying the overturn template construction scheme of high bridge pier tower crane. In this project, the technological process is strictly followed, the key technology is grasped, the construction quality is strictly controlled and the good construction effect is obtained. The actual engineering application indicated that the technology could not only ensure the quality of bridge, save the cost, but also significantly improve the benefit of bridge construction with large span and high piers, and shorten the construction period.
