摘要
单线铁路隧道仰拱、矮边墙施工,由于受限于隧道的狭窄空间,没有理想的配套设备和施工工艺,其施工的质量和进度难以保障,成本也较高。为了加快隧道仰拱、矮边墙及填充混凝土施工进度,保证安全、提高质量,降低工程成本,在高黎贡山隧道试点推广应用单线铁路隧道仰拱、矮边墙快速施工技术,改变了当前铁路单线的隧道仰拱施工现状,加快了进度,提高了施工质量,降低了成本,取得了较大的成效,为隧道仰拱机械化施工提供借鉴。
The construction of the inverted arch and low side wall of a single line railway tunnel is limited to the narrow space of the tunnel. There is no ideal supporting equipment and construction technology. The quality and progress of the construction are difficult to be guaranteed and the cost is high. In order to speed up the construction of tunnel invert arch, low side wall and filled concrete construction, ensure safety, improve quality and reduce engineering cost, the rapid construction technology of inverted arch and low side wall of single line railway tunnel is popularized in the Gaoligong mountain tunnel. And this technology has changed the present situation of the construction of the tunnel inverted arch in the single line of the railway, and accelerated the progress. The construction quality has been greatly improved and the cost reduced, which provides some reference for mechanized construction of tunnel inverted arch.
