滚动转子式压缩机油路结构对OCR影响的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某款滚动转子式压缩机(压缩机规格为3 hp,60Hz)为研究对象,通过润滑油路的改善,大大降低油循环率(OCR)。在此基础上,通过多样品的反复试验研究,分析压缩机泵体与电机下部空间、转子通道流通面积及挡油板型式等油路中的关键结构和尺寸对压缩机OCR的影响,结果表明:泵体与电机下部空间越小、转子通道流通面积越大,则OCR越低,且使研究对象的OCR从初始的2.62%下降至0.24%;在润滑油路改善的基础上,挡油板型式对OCR的影响较小。 Taking a rotary compressor(3 hp,60 Hz) as the study object,the OCR( oil circulation rate) is reduced a lot after improving the lubrication oil circuit. Based on that,the influence of the key structure and size,such as the lower space between pump and motor,flow area of the rotor channel,and oil separator's type,on the OCR of the compressor is analyzed by repeated trial and study on multiple samples. The results show that the smaller the lower space between pump and motor is,and the larger the flow area of rotor channel is,the lower OCR will be. Besides,the OCR of the subjected compressor is reduced from 2. 62% to 0. 24%. After the lubrication oil circuit is improved,the influence of oil separator's type on the OCR is insignificant.
