摘要
为研究R1150/R23/R161三级复叠式制冷系统中温循环制冷剂替代的可行性方案,对采用R1150/R41/R161,R1150/R170/R161和R1150/R23/R161的三级复叠式制冷系统进行热力学分析。结果表明:蒸发温度在-120^-80℃范围内,系统处于最优运行效率时,R1150/R41/R161,R1150/R23/R161和R1150/R170/R161的系统性能系数、压缩机输入功率和系统损失相差不大;在压缩机排气温度、热力学完善度和效率上,R1150/R170/R161和R1150/R41/R161的表现优于R1150/R23/R161。综合来看,采用R41或R170在三级复叠式制冷系统中取代R23的制冷剂替代方案是可行的。
In order to study the feasibility of the substitution of medium temperature refrigerant in R1150/R23/R161 three-stage cascade refrigeration system,the thermodynamic analysis of a three-stage cascade refrigeration system using refrigerant groups of R1150/R41/R161,R1150/R170/R161 and R1150/R23/R161 is conducted. The results show that when the evaporating temperature is in the range of-120 ℃ and-80 ℃ and the system is in the optimal running efficiency,the COP,the input power of compressor and the exergy loss of the system using the refrigerant groups of R1150/R41/R161,R1150/R23/R161 and R1150/R170/R161 are almost the same. The performance of the refrigerant groups of R1150/R170/R161 and R1150/R41/R161 is higher than that of the R1150/R23/R161 at the aspects of the compressor's discharge temperature,the thermodynamic perfect degree,and the exergy efficiency. In conclusion,it is feasibility to use R41 or R170 as a substitution for R23 in three-stage cascade refrigeration system.
