摘要
为提高普通定速螺杆式冷水机组的部分负荷性能,对其进行变频改造,并进行试验验证。结果表明,定速螺杆式冷水机组变频化改造后综合部分负荷性能系数(IPLV)提高25%以上,且部分负荷下机组噪声有很大程度下降。对变频改造带来的可靠性——润滑油黏度、运行电流、启动电流、谐波等问题,给出相应解决方案。
In order to enhance the part load performance of normal constant speed screw chiller,the frequency conversion transformation and test verification are conducted. The results show that the integrated part load value( IPLV) of the constant speed screw chiller after frequency conversion transformation is improved by over 25%,the noise level of the unit under part load is also decreased significantly. The solutions to some reliability issues after frequency conversion transformation,including the viscosity of lubricant,running current,start-up current,harmonic and etc.,are put forword.
