青年马克思择业观研究

On Young Marx's View of Career Choice

1835年8月,17岁的马克思在求学时期曾写过一篇有关青年如何选择职业的文章,其中他提出了四条择业准则,即1.选择自己有长期热情的工作,2.选择自己有能力承担的工作,3.选择建立在自身理想之上的工作,4.树立一种和人类的共同目标相关的理想。这四条准则基本回答了青年人在择业时所会涉及的问题。2017年5月31日,中华人民共和国人力资源社会保障部公布了前一年国内人员就业的相关的数据。结合当下就业情况,我们对青年马克思的择业观有了更深的思考。

In August 1835,17-year old Karl Marx was a student when he wrote an article on young people＇s career choice. In the article,he proposed four guidelines： 1. choose a career in which they have a long-term enthusiasm. 2. Choose a career they could manage. 3. Choose a career that is based on their ambitions. 4. Establish a vision that relates to the common goal of human beings. These four guidelines have basically answered questions facing young people as they choose their career. In May 31,2017,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of People＇s Republic of China issued employment statistics of previous year. Considering the current employment situation,we have a deeper reflection on young Marx＇s career view.
