摘要
课堂教学改革是新时代高等教育内涵式发展的必然要求,而课堂文化作为课堂教学的精髓,是大学持续发展的不竭动力。当前,我国高校的大学专业理论课堂文化建设喜忧参半,尚存在"重课外、轻课内,重硬件、轻软件,重形式、轻落实"等诸多不足。破解这些困境,构建积极、公平、高效的课堂文化,亟需从课堂物质文化环境的优化、制度文化的人性化、精神文化的重构和行为文化的养成入手,藉此提升高等教育人才培养质量。
At present,the classroom culture construction of professional theory courses at colleges in China is mixed. There exist many deficiencies such as "favor of classroom activity over extracurricular activity,favor of hardware over software,favor of formality over implementation". To solve these problems,and construct a positive,fair and efficient classroom culture,it is urgent to improve the cultivation quality of higher education through improvement of classroom material and cultural environment,humanization of institutional culture,and reconstruction of spiritual culture and cultivation of behavioral culture.
