摘要
为培养学前儿童对多元文化的尊重和接纳,澳大利亚人权委员会于2016年开发了针对学前教育的多元文化课程。课程以《早期学习框架》和《国家质量标准》为依据,规定了明确的目标、内容和实施环节,具有生活性、活动性和探究性的特点。澳大利亚学前多元文化课程启示我们,多元文化素养是儿童早期健康成长的基础,多元文化课程以活动、对话和探究为主要形式,培养儿童对多元文化的欣赏、理解、尊重和归属,有助于促进教育公平。
To foster the respect and acceptance of multiculturalism in preschool children in Australia,the Australian Human Rights Commission developed the multicultural curriculum for pre-school education in 2016.The curriculum is based on The Early Years Learning Framework and The National Quality Standards; designs a specific goal, content and implementation steps; and has the characteristics of being life-based,activity-oriented and experimental. The curriculum enlightens us that,multicultural literacy is the basis of the healthy growth of early childhood; activities,dialogues and inquiry are the main forms of multicultural curriculum; multicultural curriculum fosters the understanding,respect and belonging to multiculturalism and promotes the fairness of education.
