Adaptability design for powerful high-reliability and large mining-height hydraulic support

摘要 根据府谷矿区6.5 m以上厚煤层的赋存条件,对ZY22000/32/70D型液压支架进行适应性分析研究。对支架的配套关系、抗冲击性能、稳定性、操作维护等进行针对性设计,以满足该一次采全高综采工作面对安全生产、高可靠性、快速推进的要求。 According to the occurrence condition of above 6.5 m thick coal seam in Fugu mining area, the adaptability analysis of ZY22000/32/70 D hydraulic support was conducted. In addition, the specific design of the compatibility relationship, impact resistance, stability, operation and maintenance of the support was carried out, so as to meet the requirements of safe production, high reliability and rapid advancement on full-seam mining fully-mechanized coal face.
