钢丝绳结构对衬垫摩擦性能影响的应用研究 被引量:3

Applied research on influence of structure of wire rope on frictional properties of linings

摘要 针对摩擦提升机衬垫与钢丝绳间的滑动摩擦问题,开展了不同捻向、不同结构钢丝绳与摩擦提升机衬垫摩擦行为的研究。利用SC-V摩擦衬垫试验机,模拟了干净和涂脂状态下钢丝绳对衬垫摩擦性能的影响。试验表明:干净状态下,同向捻钢丝绳对衬垫的摩擦因数均大于交互捻钢丝绳;圆股钢丝绳对衬垫的摩擦因数均大于压实股钢丝绳;与干摩擦条件相比,涂脂状态下摩擦因数均有所下降。 Aiming at the sliding friction between the linings of the friction hoist and the steel rope, the paper studied the friction behavior between various twist direction, various structural steel rope and the linings of the friction hoist. It applied SC-V friction linings tester to simulate the friction properties of the linings on condition that the surface of the steel rope was clean and greased individually. Test showed the friction coefficient of the steel rope with the same twist direction to the linings was more than the alternate-twisted steel rope in clean mode; the friction coefficient of the round-strand steel rope to the linings was more than the compacted steel rope; compared with dry friction mode, the friction coefficient reduced in greased mode.
