Research on clearance of sliding bearing of gyratory crusher

摘要 旋回破碎机在运行过程中,由于其滑动轴承的使用,不可避免地会因磨损造成滑动轴承间隙增大,导致滑动轴承非正常磨损失效。根据现场对失效轴承的数据分析,利用有限元软件建立分析模型,通过对比分析研究,找出滑动轴承间隙与滑动轴承失效的某种关系,指导破碎机高效运行。 During the operation of the gyratory crusher, it is inevitable to bring about increasing clearance of the sliding bearing due to wear, which results in its abnormal failure. According to the data analysis of site failed bearings, FEA software was applied to establish the analysis model of the sliding bearing. After comparison and analysis, the relationship between the clearance of the sliding bearing and its failure was identified, which could guide the effective operation of the crusher.
