Comparative research on testing technology schemes for mass fraction of mine emulsion

摘要 针对煤矿井下乳化液质量分数检测,设计了电导率法、光透射法和超声波法3种在线检测方案。利用大量试验数据,采用最小二乘法得出了相应的乳化液质量分数计算方法,通过对3种方案试验的精度对比,最终确定最佳乳化液质量分数在线检测方案为超声波法。 In view of inspection of the mass fraction of emulsion used in underground colliery, three online testing schemes for the mass fraction of emulsion were designed those were electric conductivity method, optical transmittance method and ultrasonic method. Lots of test data and the least square method were applied to obtained the computation method for the mass fraction of emulsion. After the comparison of the three schemes in the testing precision, the ultrasonic method was finally identified as the optimal online testing scheme for the mass fraction of emulsion.
