摘要
本文通过对行星架结构和凝固过程进行分析,根据铸件缩孔缩松缺陷产生的具体位置和体积大小的模拟分析,着重从冷铁布局、浇注系统、冒口设计等方面进行设计,并指导实际生产。
The carrier planetary of ductile iron basically reached user requirements by mechanical properties,the intrinsic quality and surface quality used in wind turbines. Based on the carrier planetary structure and solidification process analysis, the casting shrinkage porosity specific location and the volume of defects, this article focused on the optimization design from cold iron layout, gating system and riser design, the manufacturer output qualified products.
