成都市2013—2017年一次性卫生用品生产环境卫生状况调查

Investigation and analysis on environmental hygiene situation of disposable hygienic products in Chengdu in 2013-2017

目的:了解成都市一次性卫生用品生产环境卫生状况。方法:2013—2017年抽样检测成都市一次性卫生用品生产厂家53家(次),检测其车间空气、工作台表面、工人手的细菌菌落总数和致病菌。结果:5年车间空气、工作台表面细菌菌落总数合格率均为100.00%,均未检出致病菌。工人手2013—2017年的合格率依次为88.89%、100.00%、68.57%、83.78%和100.00%;2013年在一工人手样本中检出金黄色葡萄球菌,其余未检出致病菌。结论:成都市一次性卫生用品生产环境卫生状况总体良好,但工人手消毒情况不稳定,需要加强管理和社会监督。

Objective： To investigate the hygienic status of disposable hygienic products in Chengdu. Methods： 53 manufactures making disposable hygienic products in Chengdu received sampling examination in 2013-2017; the workshop air, the surface of the worktable and the workers＇ hands were tested, and the total number of bacterial colonies and pathogenic bacteria were detected. Results： The total qualified rate of bacterial colonies on the surface of air and worktable was 100% , and no pathogenic bacteria were detected. The qualified rate of workers＇ hands from 2013 to 2017 was 88.89%, 100%, 68.57%, 83.78% and 100. 00% , respectively. In 2013, Staphylococcus aureus was detected in a worker＇s hands, and it was not detected in other years. Conclusion： The environmental hygienic status of the disposable sanitary products in Chengdu is generally good, but the disinfection of workers＇ hands is not stable. It is necessary to strengthen self-management and social supervision.
