创伤性大脑前动脉瘤8例临床分析

Traumatic cerebral anterior aneurysm: pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment

目的:对8例创伤性大脑前动脉瘤进行临床分析,探讨其发病机理、临床表现及诊断治疗方法。方法:结合8例报告回顾分析,选择DSA检查的时机及根据病情选择开颅手术或血管内介入治疗。结果:8例患者中,除1例因手术不及时死亡外7例存活,其中6例恢复良好。结论:对疑有创伤性大脑前动脉瘤者,早期诊断是关键,并根据创伤及动脉瘤的具体适应证,选择适当的治疗方式(手术或血管内介入治疗),以提高生存率及生活质量。

Objective： To explore the pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of the traumatic cerebral anterior aneurysm. Methods ： A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 8 cases treated in our department, including the time of peffornfing DSA exanfination and choosing eraniotomy or endovaseular interventional therapy according to the patient＇s condition. Results： Except for one ease died due to untimely operation, 7 eases survived, and 6 of them recovered well. Conclusion： Early diagnosis is the key to suspected traumatic anterior cerebral aneurysm. According to the specific indications of trauma and aneurysm, the selection of appropriate treatment methods （surgery or intravaseular interventional therapy） can improve the survival rate and quality of life.
