摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在高龄初产妇分娩中的作用。方法:对照组47例接受常规护理;干预组47例为全程护理,灌输相关知识及增加语言护理。结果:干预组的妊娠分娩知识、生产态度及生产时认知行为得分均显著性高于对照组。干预组的第一产程、第二产程时间显著性短于对照组,自然分娩率显著性高于对照组,剖宫产率显著性低于对照组,产后2 h出血总量显著性少于对照组,婴儿生后5分钟Apgar评分<7分率显著性少于对照组,满意度显著性高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:护理干预可提高产妇认知行为,提高顺产率,减轻其心理负担,缓解其不良情绪,改善分娩结局。
Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on delivery in elderly primipara. Methods: The control group (47 cases) received routine care, and the intervention group(47 cases) received whole course care giving relevant knowledge inoculation and additional language nursing. Results: In the intervention group, the scores of knowledge of delivery, attitude toward labor and cognitive behavior during childbirth were significantly higher than those in the control group. Moreover, the first and second stage of labor was significantly shorter than that in the control group; the rate of spontaneous delivery and the rate of cesarean section was significantly higher than that in the control group ; the total amount of 2-hour bleeding and the Apgar score of 5 minutes after postpartum was significantly less than that in the control group; the degree of satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (all P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Nursing intervention can improve maternal cognitive behavior during childbirth, improve the rate of spontaneous labor, relieve maternal psychological burden, relieve their bad mood and improve the outcome of delivery.
