PFNA内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果探讨

Clinical effect of PFNA internal fixation on intertrochanteric femoral fracture in the elderly

目的:探讨用股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法:选取2012年5月至2017年6月期间四川省资阳市中医医院收治的110例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象。对这110例研究对象均进行PFNA内固定术。然后,观察这些患者手术的时间、术中的出血量、术后切口的愈合情况、术后骨折愈合的情况及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:这110例患者的平均手术用时为(53±5.2)min,其平均术中出血量为(50±3.2)ml。在术后,这110例患者的手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合,其骨折部位发生骨性愈合,均未发生并发症,其治疗的优良率为98.18%。结论:用股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果显著。

objective： to investigate the effect of femoral proximal femoral internal fixation with PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures in the elderly. Methods： 110 elderly patients with intertrochanteric femoral fracture admitted by sichuan ziyang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2012 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects. All 110 subjects underwent PFNA internal fixation. Then, the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative wound healing, postoperative fracture healing and postoperative complications were observed. Results： the average operative time of these 110 patients was（53 ＋ 5.2） min, and the average intraoperative blood loss was（50 ＋ 3.2） ml. After surgery, the surgical incision of 110 cases were Ⅰ healing, the fracture occurred osseous healing, has not been its complications, the treatment of fine rate was 98.18%. Conclusion： the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures in the elderly with proximal femur internal fixation with PFNA is effective.
