双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的效果研究

Effects of bifidobacterium lactobacillus bifidum trigeminal live bacteria tablets on secondary diarrhea in children with pneumonia

目的:研究用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的效果。方法:从2015年4月至2017年5月期间在乐山职业技术学院附属医院接受治疗的小儿肺炎继发性腹泻患儿中选取180例患儿作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组(90例)和对照组(90例)。对两组患儿均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患儿加用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片进行治疗。然后比较两组患儿治疗的效果、各项临床症状消失的时间及其家长对治疗的总满意率。结果:观察组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对照组患儿,治疗后其退热的时间、腹泻症状消失的时间、住院的时间、呕吐症状消失的时间均短于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长对治疗的总满意率高于对照组患儿家长(P<0.05)。结论:用双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的效果确切,能够有效地改善患儿的临床症状。

Objective： To study the effect of bifidobacterium lactobacillus bifidum trigeminal live bacillus tablets on secondary diarrhea after pneumonia in children. Methods： from April 2015 to May 2017, 180 cases of children with pneumonia and secondary diarrhea who received treatment in the affiliated hospital of leshan vocational and technical college were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group（90 cases） and control group（90 cases）.Both groups were routinely treated. On this basis, the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium lactobacillus bifidum trigeminal live bacteria tablets. Then, the effect of treatment, the time of disappearance of various clinical symptoms and the total satisfaction rate of parents were compared between the two groups. Results： observation group with treatment of children with total effective rate was higher than the control group, after treatment the defervescence time, diarrhea symptoms disappear time, hospitalization time, vomiting symptoms disappear time is shorter than the control group patients（P〈 0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of the parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the efficacy of bifidobacterium lactobacillus bifidobacterium trigeminal live bacteria tablets in the treatment of secondary diarrhea in children with pneumonia is accurate and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children.
