鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌球型鼻窦炎的疗效分析

Effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on noninvasive fungal globular sinusitis

目的:分析用鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌球型鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:选取德昌县人民医院2015年7月至2017年7月期间收治的118例非侵袭性真菌球型鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为试验组(60例)和对照组(58例)。为试验组患者采用鼻内镜手术进行治疗,对对照组患者进行传统的手术治疗。然后对比两组患者的临床疗效、术后并发症的发生情况及术后半年内其病情的复发情况。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率(98.33%)高于对照组患者治疗的总有效率(86.21%),其术后并发症的发生率(6.67%)低于对照组患者术后并发症的发生率(22.41%),P<0.05。在术后半年内,试验组患者病情的复发率(3.33%)低于对照组患者病情的复发率(20.69%),P<0.05。结论:用鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌球型鼻窦炎的临床疗效较好,可有效地降低患者术后并发症的发生率和病情的复发率。

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on noninvasive fungal globular sinusitis. Methods： 118 patients with non-invasive fungal globular sinusitis admitted to dechang people＇s hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the experimental group（60 cases） and the control group（58 cases）. Patients in the experimental group were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery and the control group were treated with traditional surgical treatment. Then the clinical efficacy, postoperative complications and recurrence of the disease were compared between the two groups. Results： the total effective rate of treatment group were treated（98.33%） than the control group total effective rate（86.21%） patients, the incidence of postoperative complications（6.67%） lower than the control group patients the incidence of postoperative complications（22.41%）, P〈 0.05）. Within half a year after surgery, the relapse rate of patients in the experimental group（3.33%） was lower than that of the control group（20.69%）, P〈 0.05. Conclusion： the treatment of non-invasive fungal globular sinusitis with nasal endoscopic surgery has good clinical efficacy and can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of the disease.
