金匮肾气丸加减联合盐酸贝那普利和苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗肾性高血压的临床疗效

Clinical effect of modified prescription of jinkuishenqi pill combined with benazepril hydrochloride and amlodipine besylate in treating renal hypertension

目的探讨金匮肾气丸加减联合盐酸贝那普利、苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗肾性高血压的临床疗效。方法选取定南县人民医院2016年8月—2017年7月收治的肾性高血压患者100例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组患者采用盐酸贝那普利、苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合金匮肾气丸加减治疗,两组患者均持续治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后收缩压、舒张压、肾功能指标(血尿素氮、尿清蛋白排泄率、血肌酐)及24 h尿蛋白水平,并观察患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者收缩压、舒张压及血尿素氮、尿清蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者收缩压、舒张压及血尿素氮、尿清蛋白排泄率、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用金匮肾气丸加减联合盐酸贝那普利、苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗肾性高血压的临床疗效确切,可有效降低血压,改善患者肾功能,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified prescription of jinkuishenqi pill combined with benazepril hydrochloride and amlodipine besylate in treating renal hypertension.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with renal hypertension were selected from August 2016 to July 2017 in Ding Nan People Hospital, which were randomly divided into control group and study group, 50 cases in each group.The control group was given benazepril hydrochloride and amlodipine besylate, study group was given modified prescription of jinkuishenqi pill based on control group, both groups were treated for 6 months.The systemic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, renal function indexes （ blood urea nitrogen, urinary albumin excretion rate, serum creatinine ） , 24 h urinary protein before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results Before treatment, no significant differences of systemic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood urea nitrogen, urinary albumin excretion rate, serum creatinine or 24 h urinary protein was found between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） ; after treatment, the study group of systemic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood urea nitrogen, urinary albumin excretion rate, serum creatinine and 24 h urinary protein were lower than control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The incidence rate of adverse reactions in study group was lower than control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Modified prescription of jinkuishenqi pill combined with benazepril hydrochloride and amlodipine besylate have an obviously clinical effect in treating renal hypertension, which can significantly reduce the blood pressure, improve the renal function of patients, and with high safety.
