左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效研究

Clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis

目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作(AECB)的疗效。方法选取盐城市盐都区中西医结合医院2016年1月—2017年8月收治的AECB患者72例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。患者入院后均给予常规对症治疗,对照组患者单纯服用阿奇霉素胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗,两组患者均连续治疗10 d。比较两组患者咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复正常时间及治疗前后第1秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)、临床疗效。结果观察组患者体温恢复正常时间、止咳时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者FEV1/FVC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者FEV1/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗AECB的临床疗效确切,可快速缓解患者的临床症状,改善呼吸功能。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis （ AECB ） .Methods A total of 72 cases of AECB patients were selected from January 2016 to August 2017 in Yancheng Yandu District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 36 cases in each group.All patients were given routine symptomatic treatment, the control group was given azithromycin capsules only, observation group was given levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules based on control group, both groups were treated for 10 days.The cough disappeard time, normal temperature time, FEV1/FVC before and after treatment and clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group of cough disappeard time, normal temperature time were shorter than control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Before treatment, no significant difference of FEV1/FVC was found between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） ; after treatment, the observation group of FEV1/FVC was higher than control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The total efficiency rate of the observation group was higher than control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with azithromycin have an obviously clinical effect in the treatment of patients with AECB, it can quickly relieve the symptoms of patients, improve the respiratory function.
