Objective To discuss the clinical effect of vitamin AD drops in the treatment of infantile repeated respiratory infection. Methods A total of 96 cases of repeated respiratory infection children were selected from December 2015 to December 2016 in Lixian Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 49 cases in each group. The control group was given pidotimod granules, observation group was given vitamin AD drops based on control group, both groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical effect, IgG, IgM, IgA, T lymphocyte subsets (CD3^+CD4^+, CD3^+CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+ ) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group (P〈0.05) .Before treatment, no significant differences of IgG, IgM, IgA or CD3^+CD4^+, CD3^+CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+ was found between the two groups ( P〉0.05 ) ; after treatment, the observation group of IgG, IgM, IgA, CD3^+CD4^+, CD3^+CD8^+, CD4^+/CD8^+ were higher than control group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion On the basis of pidotimod granules, vitamin AD drops have a better clinical effect in the treatment of infantile repeated respiratory infection, it can effectively improve the immune function of children.
