精细化护理在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术围术期患者中的应用效果

Application effect of meticulous nursing on perioperative period patients of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy

目的探讨精细化护理在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术围术期患者中的应用效果。方法选取遂川县人民医院2013年4月—2016年4月收治的肾结石患者184例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各92例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用精细化护理。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间,观察患者术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术围术期患者中的应用效果明显,其可有效缩短患者治疗时间,促进其预后,减少并发症,进而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect of meticulous nursing on perioperative period patients of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy.nethods A total of 184 cases of kidney stones patients were selected from April 2013 to April 2016 in Suichuan County People＇ s Hospital, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 92 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, observation group was given meticulous nursing based on control group.The operative time, the amount of bleeding and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of complications were observed.Results The observation group of operative time and hospitalization time were shorter than control group, the amount of bleeding was less than control group （P〈0.05） . The incidence rate of complications in observation group was lower than control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Meticulous nursing has an obviously application effect on periopcrative period patients of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy, it can effectively shorten treatment time of patients, promote the prognosis of patients, reduce postoperative complications, so as to promote the quality of life.
