金融支持农业现代化的路径与协调问题分析——基于安徽省的面板数据

On the Path and Coordination of Financial Support for Agricultural Modernization:Based on the Panel Data of Anhui Province

农业现代化发展离不开资金的强有力支持,明确金融支持农业现代化发展路径,有利于提高区域农业现代化发展水平。利用安徽省2013年至2016年的相关数据进行实证分析,从金融支持路径角度入手,尝试探究安徽省金融支持农业现代化发展水平以及两者的协调发展程度。结果表明:安徽省农业现代化水平整体逐年上升且水平较高的仅有合肥与芜湖两个城市,其总体发展水平波动较大且水平不高;而金融支持农业现代化协调发展也处于中等偏下水平。建议加大金融支持农业现代化的政府扶持,完善多元化农村金融组织体系,提高农村金融产品和服务的创新效率与力度。

The development of agricultural modernization cannot be separated from the strong support of funds. ＂Fo clarify the path of financial support for agricultural modernization is beneficial to the development of regional agricultural modernization. Based on the relevant data of Anhui Province from 2013 to 2016, this paper attempts to explore the level of financial support for agricultural modernization in the province and the degree of their coordinated development from the perspective of financial support path. The results show that, only two cities~ Hefei and Wuhu, have a higher level of agricultural modernization, but it fluctuates greatly and is not high on the whole; and the financial support for agriculture modernization is also at a moderate lower level. Therefore, it is necessary to increase government support for agricultural modernization, perfect diversified rural financial organization system, and improve innovation efficiency and strength of rural financial products and services.
