神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗外阴营养不良的效果观察

Effect observation of Neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument in vulval dystrophy

目的探讨神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗外阴营养不良的效果。方法选取我院2016年12月~2017年6月收治的88例符合入组标准的外阴营养不良患者作为研究对象,均经病理活检证实,采用神经肌肉治疗仪进行治疗,5次为1个疗程,轻度病变治疗1~2个疗程,中~重度病变治疗2~3个疗程,治疗后1、3、6个月进行门诊随访,观察外阴瘙痒、外阴皮肤弹性、外阴皮肤颜色、外阴白斑缩小程度的改善状况,评价不同病理类型的临床效果及总体临床疗效。结果神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗外阴营养不良的治愈率为40.91%,显效率为40.91%、好转率为17.05%,总有效率为98.86%,不同病理类型间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.945,P<0.05)。神经肌肉刺激仪治疗后外阴瘙痒消失比例为81.82%,一过性瘙痒比例为9.09%,不同病理类型间瘙痒的改善效果比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.562,P<0.05)。神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗后外阴皮肤弹性良好比例为81.82%,不同病理类型间瘙痒的改善效果比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.587,P<0.05)。神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗后外阴皮肤颜色好比例为62.5%,不同病理类型间瘙痒的改善效果比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=42.218,P<0.01)。神经肌肉刺激治疗后外阴白斑完全消失比例为40.91%,缩小60%比例为30.68%,缩小30%比例为27.27%,不同病理类型间外阴白斑缩小程度比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.483,P<0.05)。结论神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗外阴营养不良临床效果确切,对外阴瘙痒、外阴皮肤弹性、外阴皮肤颜色、外阴白斑均有改善作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument in the treatment patients with vulval dystrophy. Methods A total of 88 patients with vulvar dystrophy in our hospital from December2016 to June 2017 were enrolled as research objects, which were confirmed by pathology. All the patients were treated with Neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument, 5 times for a course, the patients with Mild disease had been treated for1-2 course and the patients with moderate-severe disease had been treated for 2-3 course. Outpatient follow-up were promoted after 1, 3 and 6 months treatment, the improvement of the genital itching, genital skin elasticity, genital skin color, extent of the reduction of leukoplakia were observed, the overall clinical efficacy and the efficacy of different pathological types were compared. Results The cure rate of Neuromuscular stimulation therapy instrument was 40.91%in vulvar dystrophy, the significant effective rate was 40.91%, the improvement rate was 17.05% and the total effective rate was 98.86%. The effect of different pathological types was different（χ~2=14.945,P〈0.05）. The genital itching disappeared ratio after treatment was 81.82%,the transient itching ratio was 9.09%. There was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of pruritus among different pathological types（χ~2=15.562,P〈0.05）. The good vulva skin elasticity ratio was 81.82% after treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of pruritus among different pathological types（χ~2=16.587, P 0.05）. The rate of good genital skin color after treatment was 62.5%, and there was significant difference in the improvement of pruritus among different pathological types（χ~2=42.218, P〈0.01）.The completely disappear rate of vulvar white spot was 40.91%,the rate of 60% deflation of vulvar white spot was30.68%, the rate of 30% deflation of vulvar white spot was 27.27%, there were significant differences in the reduction of vulvar white spot among different pathological types（χ~2=13.483, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Neuromuscular stimulation treatment instrument has exact clinical curative effect in the treatment of vulval dystrophy, and can improve vulva skin elasticity, vulvar skin color, vulvar white spot.
