摘要
目的研究分析PDCA循环在我院静配中心感染管理中的应用效果。方法以我院静配中心2016年1~12月的31例感染管理人员作为实验组,行PDCA循环管理;以静配中心2015年1~12月的31例感染管理人员作为对照组,实施常规管理,回顾分析两组的感染管理控制效果。结果实验组的空气沉降菌生成率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组静配药物原因导致的感染事件发生率(3.67%)低于实验组(23.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院静配中心部门的感染管理工作中运行PDCA循环法可显著减少空气细菌数量,降低医院静配药物感染事件发生率,提升静配中心洁净度,保证医院静配药物治疗安全,因此值得应用。
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of PDCA circulation in the infection management of the static center in our hospital. Methods A total of 31 cases of infection management personnel of static distribution center in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were taken as the experimental group, the PDCA cycle management was performed. A total of 31 cases of infection management staff in the static distribution center from January to December in 2015 were used as the control group, and routine management was performed. The effect of management and control of infection in the two groups was reviewed and analyzed. Results The formation rate of air-settlement bacteria in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). The incidence rate of infectious events in the experimental group was 3.67%, which was lower than23.33% in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The PDCA circulation method can effectively reduce the number of airborne bacteria in the infection management of static distribution center of the hospital, reduce the incidence of hospital static drug-infection incidents, improve the cleanliness of the static distribution center, and ensure the safety of hospital-based static drug treatment. It is worth using.
