无碱高铝硼硅酸盐玻璃采用火焰与电助熔加热相结合的熔制方式,电助熔系统运行异常将直接导致窑炉无法正常运行甚至是停窑冷修,应提前做好电助熔系统运行安全隐患排查和异常处置预案,确保产线的正常运行。
Alkali free high aluminum borosilicate glass is made by combining flame with electro- assisted heating . The abnormal running of the electro-assisted heating system will directly lead to failure of furnace or even to stop the furnace for cold repair. In order to ensure the normal running of the production line, it is necessary to make a plan for the hazard investigation and trouble disposal of the electro-assisted melting system in advance.
