Both the canal culture and the military science culture are the important components of the excellent traditional Chinese culture. This article mainly reviews the historic origins, flexible mergence and how to bring the military science culture into full play in the construction of the canal culture belt so as to remind people to pay high attention to the two kinds of culture, energetically inherit and make full use of them.
