血尿酸含量与2型糖尿病的相关因素分析

摘要 目的探讨血清尿酸含量与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2017年6月在营口市东风医院就诊的2型糖尿病患者254例,同时检测空腹血糖(GLU)、血压、体重指数(BMI)、肌酐(Cr),尿酸(UA)、胆固醇(CHO),甘油三酯(TG),高密度脂蛋白(HDL),低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)的临床资料及实验室数据,根据其尿酸含量分为正常尿酸组(NUA)216例和高尿酸组(HUA)38例。结果 2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的38例,发生率为14.96%(38/254),且男性比例、舒张压(DBP)、BMI、TG、Cr均高于正常尿酸组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示TG、BMI、舒张压、Cr为T2DM患者合并高尿酸血症的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论高血压、高血脂、肥胖、肾功能差的男性2型糖尿病患者更容易发生高尿酸血症。对于T2DM患者尤其男性要注意监测尿酸含量,控制体重、血脂和血压。 Objective To explore the correlation between the blood uric acid levels and the type 2 diabetes.Methods Review the data of 254 T2 DM patients those who treated in our hospital during January 2012 to June 2017.They had the detection of Glucose(GLU),blood pressure,body mass index(BMI),creatinin(Cr),blood uric acid(UA),cholesterol(CHO),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1 c) at the same time.They were divided into normal uric acid group(n = 216) and high uric acid group(n = 38) according the level of their blood uric acid levels.Results There were 38 cases of T2 DM patients complicated with hyperuricemia,and the occurrence rate was 14.96%(38/254).The type 2 diabetic patients with hyperuricemia had markedly higher DBP,BMI,TG,Cr than those who with the normal level of uric acid.Meanwhile there were more male patients than female patients.The result of logistic regression suggested that TG,BMI,SEX,DBP,and Cr were independent risk factors of hyperuricemia in type 2 diabetes.Conclusions The male T2 DM patients with hypertension,hyperlipidemia,obesity and dysfunction of renal were more likely to become hyperuricemia.So the T2 DM patients especially the male with hypertension,hyperlipidemia,obesity and dysfunction of renal should be paid more attention.
