不同穿刺方法用于血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的临床效果比较

Comparison of clinical effects of different puncture methods for arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients

目的探讨血液透析患者动静脉内瘘患者应用不同穿刺方法的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月—2017年6月本院收治的54例血液透析患者进行回顾分析,对照组采用区域法穿刺,观察组采用扣眼法穿刺,对比两组患者一次性穿刺成功率、血流量充盈情况、满意度及并发症情况。结果通过不同穿刺方法治疗后,观察组患者一次性穿刺成功率(97.99%)、血流量充盈情况(96.99%)及患者满意度(89.99%)均高于对照组患者(92.72%、94.0%、61.56%),有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率(18.52%)低于对照组(74.07%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论扣眼法穿刺治疗血液透析患者动静脉内瘘,能够提高一次性穿刺成功率,大幅降低并发症发生率,提高了患者生存质量,患者满意度高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different puncture methods in hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula.Methods 54 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The control group was punctured by the regional method,while the observation group was punctured by the buttonhole method.One-time puncture success rate,blood flow filling,satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment by different puncture methods,the success rate of one-time puncture（97.99%）,blood flow filling（96.99%）and patient satisfaction（89.99%） in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（92.72%,94.0%,61.56%）,there were statistical difference（P0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group（18.52%） was lower than that in the control group（74.07%）,there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Grommet method for hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula,can improve the success rate of one-time puncture,significantly reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patient quality of life,patients present high satisfaction.
