摘要
阐述了自混合干涉的研究进展和管道泄漏检测中存在的问题,提出把相位解卷算法应用于自混合干涉的振动位移重构算法中,并把改进后的自混合干涉应用在管道泄漏检测中,建立了自混合干涉测量管道泄漏的实验系统。实验结果表明:自混合干涉振动测量系统与激光测振仪有相同的测量精度,模拟管道泄漏定位误差小于6%。
Both progress in study of self-mixing interference and matters bothering the pipeline leakage detection were expounded; and having the phase unwrapping algorithm applied to the vibration displacement reconstruction algorithm of self-mixing interference was proposed,including having the improved self-mixing interference applied in the pipeline leak detection and having an experimental system for the self-mixing interference pipeline leakage detection established. The experimental results show that,the self-mixing interferometric vibration measurement system has the same measurement accuracy as the laser vibration measuring instrument,and the leakage location error of the simulated pipeline is less than 6%.
