解郁膏对缓解乳腺增生疼痛的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Jieyu Ointment in Pain Relief for Patients with Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

目的:探讨解郁膏对缓解乳腺增生疼痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年11月至2018年1月清远市中医院收治的女性乳腺增生患者120例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者给予自拟解郁膏联合托瑞米芬治疗,对照组患者给予托瑞米芬治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为98.33%(59/60),明显高于对照组的90.00%(54/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组患者不良反应发生率为3.33%(2/60),明显低于对照组的13.33%(8/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解郁膏可缓解女性乳腺增生患者的疼痛,且不良反应少。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Jieyu ointment in pain relief for patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands. METHODS： 120 female patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands admitted into Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Nov. 2016 to Nov. 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 60 cases in each. The observation group was treated with self-made Jieyu ointment combined with toremifene,while the control group was given toremifene. Differences in clinical efficacy and incidences of adverse drug reactions between two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 98. 33%（ 59/60）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 54/60,90. 00%）,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; during treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 3. 33%（ 2/60）,which was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 13. 33%,8/60）,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： Jieyu ointment can significantly relieve pain for female patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands,with few adverse drug reactions.
