目的:分析用不同的方法炮制当归对其有效成分的影响。方法:将当归炮制成生当归、酒当归、土当归、当归炭,并对上述各种当归的有效成分进行对比分析。结果:采用不同方法进行炮制的当归其中挥发油含量高低的顺序是:生当归>酒当归>土当归>当归炭;采用不同方法进行炮制的当归其中阿魏酸含量高低的顺序是:生当归>酒当归>土当归>当归炭;采用不同方法进行炮制的当归其中总鞣质含量高低的顺序是:当归炭>土当归>酒当归>生当归;采用不同方法进行炮制的当归其炮制后重量的大小顺序是:酒当归>土当归>当归炭;采用不同方法进行炮制的当归其炮制后重量变化率的高低顺序是:当归炭>酒当归>土当归。采用不同方法进行炮制的当归其炮制后含水量的高低顺序是:生当归>土当归>酒当归>当归炭;上述各项测定指标相比的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用不同的炮制方法对当归进行炮制可对其有效成分产生不同的影响。临床医生应对上述情况予以关注。
