对行针刺和推拿治疗的颈椎病患者进行整体护理的效果评价

Effect of nursing for patients accepting acupuncture and manipulation

目的:探讨对接受针刺和推拿治疗的颈椎病患者进行整体护理的效果。方法:对2016年1月至2017年4月期间在蒲江县中医医院进行针刺和推拿治疗的90例颈椎病患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。按照随机抽签法将这90例患者分为对照组和观察组。在对两组患者进行针刺和推拿治疗期间,对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行整体护理,然后比较两组患者治护的总有效率和对护理的满意情况。结果:观察组患者治护的总有效率和对护理的总满意率均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对接受针刺和推拿治疗的颈椎病患者进行整体护理的效果显著,能有效地提高其临床疗效和对护理的满意率。

objective： to explore the effect of holistic nursing for patients with cervical spondylosis treated with acupuncture and massage. Methods： the clinical data of 90 patients with cervical spondylosis treated with acupuncture and massage in pujiang county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2016 to April 2017 were retrospectively studied. The 90 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random drawing. On two groups of patients with acupuncture and massage therapy during the routine nursing in patients with control group, the observation group of patients with integral nursing, and then compare two groups of patients with the total effective rate of cure and nursing satisfaction. Results： the total effective rate of treatment and satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the overall nursing effect of patients with cervical spondylosis treated with acupuncture and massage is significant, and the clinical effect and satisfaction rate of nursing can be improved effectively.
