然后,比较两组患者肩关节的活动度、Constant Murley(肩关节功能量表)的评分及VAS(视觉模拟量表)的评分。
objective: to explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided intraventricular injection of drugs to treat periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: 70 patients with periarthritis of shoulder who received treatment in people's hospital of wusheng county, sichuan province from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects. The 70 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Both groups were routinely treated. On this basis, the patients in the observation group were treated with intraventricular injection of drugs into the shoulder joint guided by ultrasound. Then, the activity of shoulder joints, Constant Murley scores and VAS scores were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the observation group of patients with shoulder joint forward bends, after stretching and outreach Angle is higher than the control group of patients, the Angle of adduction of the shoulder joint is lower than the control group of patients, the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). After treatment, Constant Murley score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and its VAS score was lower than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by intraventricular drug injection under the guidance of ultrasound can improve the function of shoulder joint activity and reduce the pain.
