血清C反应蛋白检测在诊断小儿肺炎中的应用价值

Application value of serum c-reactive protein in the diagnosis of pneumonia in children

目的:分析血清C反应蛋白(CRP)检测在诊断小儿肺炎中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年12月至2016年12月期间重庆两江新区第二人民医院收治的180例小儿肺炎患儿和同期在该医院接受健康体检的60例健康儿童为研究对象。将180例小儿肺炎患儿作为观察组,将60例健康儿童作为对照组。将观察组患儿根据其所感染病原体的不同分为A组(为细菌性肺炎患儿)、B组(为病毒性肺炎患儿)和C组(为支原体肺炎患儿)。在这四组儿童入院后,均对其进行血清CRP的检测,对比其检测的结果。结果:A组患儿血清CRP的水平高于B组患儿、C组患儿及对照组儿童,P<0.05。C组患儿血清CRP的水平高于B组患儿及对照组儿童,P<0.05。B组患儿与对照组儿童血清CRP的水平相比,P>0.05。A组患儿血清CRP的阳性检出率高于B组和C组患儿,P<0.05。结论:不同类型的小儿肺炎患儿其血清CRP的水平和血清CRP的阳性检出率均不相同。对小儿肺炎患儿进行血清CRP的检测有利于明确其所感染病原体的类型,从而提高对其病情进行诊断的准确性。

objective： to analyze the value of serum c-reactive protein（CRP） detection in the diagnosis of pneumonia in children. Methods： to choose between December 2015 and December 2016, chongqing liangjiang new area during the second people＇s hospital treated 180 cases of children with infantile pneumonia and over the same period in the hospital for physical examination of 60 cases of healthy children as the research object. 180 children with pneumonia were taken as the observation group and 60 healthy children as the control group. The children in the observation group were divided into group A（children with bacterial pneumonia）, group B（children with viral pneumonia） and group C（children with mycoplasma pneumonia） according to the different pathogens they were infected with. After admission to hospital, the four groups of children were tested for serum CRP, and the results were compared. Results： the serum CRP level of group A was higher than that of group B, group C and control group, P〈 0.05. Serum CRP level in group C was higher than that in group B and control group, P〈 0.05. The serum CRP level of the children in group B was 0.05 compared with that of the control group. The positive detection rate of serum CRP in group A was higher than that in group B and group C, P〈 0.05. Conclusion： the serum CRP level and positive detection rate of serum CRP are different in children with different types of pneumonia. The detection of serum CRP in children with pneumonia is helpful to determine the type of pathogens they are infected with, so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
