摘要
目的:探讨用微型种植体支抗疗法治疗青少年错颌畸形的效果。方法:抽选遂宁市第三人民医院2014年8月至2016年8月期间收治的92例错颌畸形患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组。为对照组患者采用常规的正畸方案进行治疗,为观察组患者采用微型种植体支抗疗法进行治疗。然后比较两组患者的磨牙移位、上下中切牙角度差、上中切牙凸距差和正畸的成功率。结果:观察组患者正畸的成功率[93.5%(43/46)]高于对照组患者正畸的成功率[73.9%(34/46)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的磨牙移位小于对照组患者,其上下中切牙角度差、上中切牙凸距差均大于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:用微型种植体支抗疗法治疗青少年错颌畸形的效果显著。
Objective To explore the micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of adolescents. Methods selected in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 treated 92 cases of patients with oral deformity as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group using conventional orthodontic scheme, the observation group implementation of Micro Implant anchorage method. Clinical effect and success rate of two groups were compared. Results in the control group, the success rate was73.9%, the success rate of the observation group 93.5%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）; compared two groups of patients with symptoms and complications, significant difference（P〈 0.05）; compared two groups of patients with molar shift Who, in incisor inclination difference and convex distance difference（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion the micro implant anchorage in the treatment of adolescent dental deformity effect, less complications, and is worthy of popularization and pplication.
