老年人消费纠纷的现有解决机制未针对纠纷具体特点进行程序设计,缺乏适当性而存在功能性障碍,且各纠纷解决方式间缺乏有效衔接,难以适应解纷的实际需要。故有必要对现行各纠纷解决方式进行内在创新并注重相互衔接,形成一套多元化纠纷解决机制,以便公正、高效、便捷地解决老年人消费纠纷。

There are no program designs in current dispute resolutions for the specific characteristics of elderly consumer disputes, which makes functional barriers due to lack of appropriateness. And there is a lack of effective connection between dispute resolutions. So it is difficult to adapt to actual needs of dis-putes ＇solving. Therefore, it is necessary for current dispute resolutions to take internal innovations and pay attention to the connection between them. Forming a set of diverse resolution mechanism to solve the el-derly consumer disputes in a fair, efficient and convenient way.
