烟草PVY抗病机理研究现状及展望

Research status and prospect of resistance mechanism of tobacco virus Y

烟草马铃薯Y病毒病是由马铃薯Y病毒(Potato virus Y,PVY)引起的一种系统侵染烟草的病害,该病是我国烟草的主要病害之一。本文对烟草PVY的分子特征,包括马铃薯Y病毒PVY的生物学特性、致病机理与抗病标记等国内外研究现状做了详细介绍,并简单展望了烟草PVY抗病技术。

Tobacco Y virus disease is one of the major diseases of tobacco in China, which systemically infected by potato Y （PVY） virus. Here, the properties of tobacco PVY, including the biological characteristics of the potato Y virus, pathogenic mechanism and disease resistance markers, and other domestic and foreign research status were summarized in detail, and the prospect of tobacco PVY disease resistance technology was briefly forecasted.
