基于非线性有限元法的冰区玻璃钢实验船碰撞性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用有限元软件ANSYS建立了冰区玻璃钢船舶与冰排的模型,设置碰撞参数与材料属性,利用LS-DYNA进行船-冰碰撞的非线性有限元计算,并分析碰撞结果。主要研究两个碰撞因素的影响:首先是玻璃钢的铺层角度,即[-45/45/-45/45/-45]和[90/0/90/0/90]这两种典型铺层方向下的玻璃钢船与浮冰碰撞的动态响应过程,得到船艏碰撞点应力曲线图以及船舶和冰排能量变化曲线,对比不同碰撞结果;其次是碰撞速度,在不同速度下玻璃钢船与冰的碰撞,得到玻璃钢船外板碰撞处的应力曲线和冰排应力分布云图,并进行了力学分析。 By virtue of the finite element software ANSYS,the models of a glass fiber reinforced plastic ship and ice floes were built and the collision parameters and material properties were set up in advance. The dynamic collision between ship and ice was analyzed by the nonlinear finite element method with resorting to the LS-DYNA. The influences of two impact factors were discussed: the first was the layer angle of glass fiber reinforced plastics,namely [-45/45/-45/45/-45]and [90/0/90/0/90 ],and the second was the impact velocity. For the two layer angles,the dynamic response process of the collision between ship and ice was simulated and stress curves at the collision point and energy curves of the ship and ice floe were analyzed. On the other hand,the stress curves on the ship planking and the stress contour distributed on the ice floe were calculated under different velocity collision and the influence of the collision velocity on the collision process was investigated.
